How do I make a purchase?
- To find what you’re looking for use the SEARCH box or browse under BRANDS or CATEGORY.
- Once you have found an item, select your size and colour and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button below each item.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ button at the top of the page. You can use the UPDATE or REMOVE buttons to add or remove items from your shopping cart.
- Click on MAKE PURCHASE to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No. You can shop at CycleStyle without creating an account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by:
- Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, which will be processed by Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account). We can accept Australian and non-Australian cards using Paypal;
- your existing Paypal account (Australian and non-Australian); and
- direct debit transfer into our Australian bank account.

Can I pay using a non-Australian credit/debit card for delivery in Australia?
Yes. We can accept payment by non-Australian credit/debit cards via Paypal for orders to be delivered in Australia. In our checkout page enter your Australian shipping details as the ‘Billing Address’ as well as the ‘Shipping Address’. When you’re directed to payment by Paypal’s system, enter your non-Australian credit/debit card details. Our system will dispatch your purchase to the Australian shipping address.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at CycleStyle?
Your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal and we do not store any credit card information in our systems.
Which countries does CycleStyle ship to?
We ship within Australia with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
We can also deliver outside of Australia. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
The products are subject to GST.
If your order is to be delivered overseas, you may also be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock it will show ‘Sold out’. Note though that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to help you out.
How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Footscray VIC 3011. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays in Melbourne, Victoria, will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after the next business day.
Delivery within Australia
We deliver within Australia via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers from our warehouse in Footscray VIC 3011. We recommend that you use a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the goods during business hours (eg a work address) in case your parcel is sent via courier. Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO Boxes.
The size of your total order will determine your postage cost – your shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Click and Collect in Melbourne
We offer a ‘click and collect’ service for our Melbourne customers if you’d like to pick up your shopping.
8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday until 12 midday Thursday 24 December
Enter the code CARLTONCOLLECT at the checkout and all automatically calculated shipping costs will be removed.
Orders will be available for pick up at both locations no later than 2pm the next business day. We will contact you by email and SMS to confirm exactly when your item will be ready for pick up.
We are happy to deliver outside of Australia – please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a quote and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
For international orders the postage and handling cost will be at cost according to Australia Post’s current rates and delivered in accordance with Australia Post’s stated delivery times.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, so please check that you have provided a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Can I add items to an existing order?
It is possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order before dispatch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then organise any payment for the difference in cost.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Do you gift-wrap?
We think Julie Andrews was right when she sang ‘Brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favourite things’. So to the extent practicable every item is individually bagged in a brown paper bag or wrapped up with eco-friendly brown paper and tied up with string, then adorned with a touch of CycleStyle-ishness.
How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. When your order is dispatched you will receive email notification and an electronic copy of your invoice. We don’t provide paper invoices in an effort to minimise waste.
Your card will only be debited when you place your order. If any of the items you have ordered are not available at the time of dispatch, we will contact you by email and organise a refund or exchange for the unavailable item.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected Standard postage, your order cannot be tracked unless it has been sent by Parcel Post ie small items will be sent in an envelope, not Parcel Post. If you have selected Express postage, you will be able to track the order using the Express Post barcode. Items sent through Fastway Couriers can also be tracked.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be completely happy with your item and you may return or exchange any product within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Please send us an email at email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges outside these timeframes may be accepted at our discretion.
The products must be returned new, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
What is your exchange policy?
If you are not completely happy with your item you may request an exchange within 30 days of the date of dispatch. You may exchange your item for any other item in the store and we shall either charge/refund you the difference in price. Shipping is free on the replacement item.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely happy with your item you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of dispatch. The full payment (including original shipping cost) will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original payment method ie Paypal or bank transfer.
Is my personal information kept private?
All the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
To sign up to CycleStyle’s e-newsletter, we will need to know your email address. To process credit card orders online Paypal will require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date but we will not have access to that information.
